Our referral program is a great way to help others learn about teaching abroad, recommend our TEFL courses to them and make money from doing so!

How It Works
For every person you refer to us that signs up any of our programs you'll earn:
- 30% of our online TEFL course fee.
- 30% of the first installment of our Vietnam TEFL Program.*
Our Vietnam TEFL Program program is divided into two installments. The 30% commission is offered on the first installment (deposit) only due to higher operating costs of these programs.
So you'll earn approximately $105 - $180 per referral depending on the program and current pricing.

So, for example, with the following average pricing (subject to change and discounts) you get paid out:
One referral of our $350 Online TEFL Course = $105
One referral of our $1895 Vietnam TEFL course ($600 deposit) = $180
The exact payout amount is 30% of the amount paid by the customer: The above numbers are based on 30% commission on current program pricing. Course prices may change and discounts may apply, affecting the exact payout amount. Commission percentage remains fixed at 30%.
Affiliate Dashboard
You'll have access to your Affiliate Dashboard where you can keep track of all the referral sales you make.
Once you have joined the program just click ADMIN in the website menu to access your dashboard.
Your Unique Referral Links
You will find unique referral links on your dashboard that will track anyone who clicks on it and credit them to you when they enroll in a program.
Referring People Via Email
You can also connect your referral to us directly, simply contact a member of our team via email and CC your referral. We'll make a note on their file that the referral was from you and contact you if they sign up.
Referring People By Mentioning Your Name
You can also tell people to mention your name either when completing our application form, the contact form on our site or when we are communicating with them and we'll note that the referral came from you and pay out the referral when they sign up.
When filling out the contact or application forms on our website there is a "where did you first find us?" and the person can indicate your name there. So you can just tell people to indicate your name when applying or contacting us.
Payouts
You’ll be paid out via bank transfer or PayPal between the 1st - 5th of each month for all signups in the past 30 days.
We'll contact you for your bank account details or PayPal email when you make your first referral.
The method of payment will be determined by our team based on your country / bank account location due to restrictions and / or fees to send to different countries so please be prepared to accept through either method.
We require an invoice issued by you as either a sole proprietor or a company for all payouts made.
Important Notes
Ninja Teacher WILL NOT award the referral commission if the following criteria are present:
1) If we have no record of the referral coming from you - we need to see a record either through our link tracking system or email correspondence.
2) If they signed up through another affiliate’s referral link.
If there is a dispute we can provide records, however, our company operates on trust and goodwill with all our customers and partners and we expect the same from you.
Do not spam your links and only link to them in appropriate places. You will be removed from the program if we deem any of your behavior as reflecting poorly on our company.
