Ninja Teacher Referral Program
Our referral program is a great way to help others learn about teaching abroad, recommend TEFL courses to them and make money from doing so!
Who It's For?
- Bloggers, YouTubers or social media influencers.
- Other teach abroad / travel / TEFL companies interested in partnerships.
How It Works
For every person you refer to us that pays in full for a course, you'll earn:
- $100 for our Online TEFL Course.
- $150 for our Vietnam TEFL Program.
Our programs may be divided into multiple installments. The referral amount remains fixed as the above, regardless of installment plan used.
Affiliate Dashboard
You'll have access to your Affiliate Dashboard where you can keep track of all the referral sales you make.
Once you have joined the program just click ADMIN in the website menu to access your dashboard.
Please note, the automated system may not display the correct payout amount, due to different payment plan options. The payout amount is always the amount described above, on this page.
Your Unique Referral Links
You will find unique referral links on your dashboard that will track anyone who clicks on it and credit them to you when they enroll in a program.
Referring People Via Email
You can also connect your referral to us directly, simply contact a member of our team via email and CC your referral. We'll make a note on their file that the referral was from you and contact you if they sign up.
Referring People By Mentioning Your Name
You can also tell people to mention your name either when completing our application form, the contact form on our site or when we are communicating with them and we'll note that the referral came from you and pay out the referral when they sign up.
When filling out the contact or application forms on our website there is a "where did you first find us?" and the person can indicate your name there. So you can just tell people to indicate your name when applying or contacting us.
Payouts
You’ll be paid out via international bank transfer between the 1st - 5th of each month for all signups who have paid their course fee in full within the past 30 days.
We'll contact you for your bank account details when you make your first referral.
We require an invoice / payment receipt issued by you as either an individual or a company for all payouts made.
Important Notes
Ninja Teacher WILL NOT award the referral commission if the following criteria are present:
1) If we have no record of the referral coming from you - we need to see a record either through our link tracking system or email correspondence.
2) If they were referred to us by another affiliate already, or they were already sourced by Ninja Teacher and were in our system already. Whoever sourced the lead first, gets credit for it.
We can provide records of when the lead first entered our system.
Do not spam your links and only link to them in appropriate places. You will be removed from the program if we deem any of your behavior as reflecting poorly on our company.

You will need to have a company established or be a sole proprietor that can issue an invoice / payment receipt for any referral payments we make to you.
